The ‘Reach For The Top’ Programme has been designed to provide dynamic, successful, inspirational male role models from the BME community to share their secrets of success in order to encourage and facilitate the development of greater numbers of BME male role models.    
 
These men originate from the private, public & voluntary sectors with expertise in many areas including the following:

• Leadership and Management
• Community
• Health, Fitness & Leisure
• Sport
• Media & PR
• Marketing & Branding

• Male Grooming
• Professional Development
• Networking
• Team Building 
• Motivational Mindset
• Getting It Right/Work Life Balance
• Defeating Discrimination in the Workplace

These Programmes can be delivered via Panel Sessions, Seminars, Workshops, Events and can be tailor made to suit your requirements i.e. Corporates, Public Sector, Schools, Colleges, Universities, Youth Forums and Mens Organisations.
